Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before. 50% refund for 7-13 days. No refund within 7 days, but you can transfer to another trip.

Comfortable hiking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, and a positive attitude. We’ll send a detailed packing list after booking.

All guides are Wilderness First Responder certified with CPR/First Aid training. Lead guides have 5+ years of professional experience.

Every guide carries a first aid kit, satellite communicator, and emergency supplies. We have detailed emergency protocols for all locations.

Basic trip insurance is included. We recommend personal travel insurance for additional coverage.

Yes! Groups of 5+ receive 10% off. Contact us for custom group bookings of 10 or more.

We offer trips for all fitness levels. Each trip listing includes difficulty rating and physical requirements. When in doubt, ask us!

We monitor conditions closely. If we cancel due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund or can reschedule. Light rain usually means we go!

Most trips depart from our meeting point in central LA (address provided after booking). Some trips offer multiple pickup locations.

Yes, round-trip transportation from LA is included in all trip prices. We use comfortable 15-passenger vans.

Day trips typically run 7 AM — 5 PM. Weekend trips depart Friday 5 PM and return Sunday 5 PM. Exact times vary by destination.

All specialized equipment (kayaks, camping gear, etc.) is provided. You just need personal items like clothing and toiletries.

Absolutely! Let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We’re happy to store extra gear in our vehicles.

Most of our adventurers are beginners! Our guides provide thorough instruction and support throughout every trip.

Most trips welcome beginners. Look for trips marked ‘Easy’ or ‘Beginner-Friendly’ in our calendar.

Yes! We have advanced hikes, technical climbs, and endurance trips for experienced adventurers. Check difficulty ratings when booking.

Minimum age is 16 for most trips, 18 for advanced trips. 16-17 year olds need guardian consent. Some family-friendly trips accept ages 12+.
